Our passion for cherries is the key in our company. We have over 20 years of experience in growing sweet cherries.
Besides producing cherries the main issue is our cherrynursery. In just a decade we are well known nursery for sweet cherry trees. With customers all over Europe, we have built up an excellent reputation which guarantees top quality trees together with an individual service and after- service.
Our service goes from advice with new plantings to after-sales support and the possibility to get a consultancy service from us.
Tree nursery
As a tree nursery Depa-Fruit has a strong focus on cherry trees.
Producing high quality is our aim, and for this high quality level Depa-Fruit is already well known all over Europe (and even outside Europe). We have experience with projects in Belgium and our neighbour countries Holland, Germany and France. But also in countries as Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Ukraine, RUSSIA… we realized different nice projects with our cherry trees.
Beside sweet cherry trees, we also produce sour cherry and plum trees.
Depa-fruit is also a producer and trader of sweet cherries. We trade our own production and some from colleague cherry growers.
The varieties we grow are selected on the main quality requirements: taste, fruit size, firmness and shelf life. All cherries are sorted and calibrated electronically. This way we can offer nice uniform quantities in same size and colour.
Every year we start our cherry season around mid-June, until the beginning of August (7-8 weeks).
